Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all tags attached
Free from stains, makeup, or perfume
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
